5th - 12th Grade Students
Wednesday Nights from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Our Jr. and Sr. High ministry meets most Wednesday evenings. We strive to host a faith based and fun filled program designed just for students. Students can get dropped off at the office entrance (side doors around to the right of the main entrance) starting at 5:45 for some group games in the gym before transferring upstairs to the Loft for food, a lesson, and small group time. We also occasionally plan outside events, get togethers with other church youth groups, and big conference trips like CIY (Christ in Youth) and ICYC (Indiana Christian Youth Conference).
Aaron started working at NMCC in March of 2023. He has a passion for working with teens and pre-teens that stems from the encouragement that he received from his Youth Minister back in his hometown of Follansbee, WV.
Aaron was born and raised in the rolling hills of West Virginia, graduated from Johnson University in Tennessee, worked as a Youth Minister in North Carolina for 4 years, and as a Family Minister in Georgia for 7 years.
A few of Aaron's favorite things include his wife Natasha, daughter Harmony, Pokémon, being the center of attention, all things sugar, Marvel, and his corgi named Loki.

What we're teaching this month: Unafraid
Oct 1 - God can turn fear into courage. (Esther 7:1–6; 2 Corinthians 4:6–12)
Oct 8 - God can turn hurt into hope. (Job 2:1–10; Romans 8:26–28)
Oct 15 - God can turn wrongs into rights. (Amos 5:10–15; James 5:1–8)
Oct 22 - God can turn worry into trust. (Matthew 11:28–30; Psalm 91:9–15)
Oct 29 - Unafraid Costume Party God can turn fear into joy. (Psalm 34:4-5)
An amusement park ride can spark joy or leave you feeling more than a bit scared. There are twists, turns, and sometimes, a little bit of pain, too. Those things are true in life, too, so how can we learn to overcome our feelings of fear whenever we experience them? In this series from the Old Testament, we'll look at stories where people trusted God to help them through their difficult moments. From these stories, we'll see that God can turn fear into courage, hurt into hope, turn wrongs into rights, and transform our worry into trust.
