5th - 12th Grade Students
Wednesday Nights from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
Our Jr. and Sr. High ministry meets most Wednesday evenings. We strive to host a faith based and fun filled program designed just for students. Students can get dropped off at the office entrance (side doors around to the right of the main entrance) starting at 5:45 for some group games in the gym before transferring upstairs to the Loft for food, a lesson, and small group time. We also occasionally plan outside events, get togethers with other church youth groups, and big conference trips like CIY (Christ in Youth) and ICYC (Indiana Christian Youth Conference).
Aaron started working at NMCC in March of 2023. He has a passion for working with teens and pre-teens that stems from the encouragement that he received from his Youth Minister back in his hometown of Follansbee, WV.
Aaron was born and raised in the rolling hills of West Virginia, graduated from Johnson University in Tennessee, worked as a Youth Minister in North Carolina for 4 years, and as a Family Minister in Georgia for 7 years.
A few of Aaron's favorite things include his wife Natasha, daughter Harmony, Pokémon, being the center of attention, all things sugar, Marvel, and his corgi named Loki.

July 19-24: CIY Move (for students going into 9th grade - just finished 12th)
All high schoolers are invited to join us on this years CIY trip. We are heading back to Lee University in Tennessee this year. The cost is $400, but we don't want finances to be something that holds a student back from this amazing trip so reach out to me about the potential scholarship opportunities available. I've attached the CIY registration packet for students and parents to check out. You can also pick up a copy to outside my office to fill out and turn in. As soon as you know if you can attend this year turn in your permission slip so I can add you to the list.

What we're teaching this month: From Now On
During his time on earth, Jesus' message was clear— from now on, things will be different. Jesus spent his life showing people how God wanted to connect with them and help them connect with each other. Because of Jesus, our world can be forever changed—we just need to follow him. In this series from the Gospels, we'll explore what it means to follow Jesus and look at the life he invites us into. We'll see how we can trust Jesus is with us, how Jesus gives us peace, that we can trust Jesus loves us, and how Jesus gives us a place to belong.
