STAFF MEMBERS
Bob has been Lead Pastor at NMCC since 1998. He is passionate about introducing people to Jesus and helping them get better acquainted.
He and his wife Kim have been married since 1983. Their children include daughter Sara (husband James) and sons Brandon (wife Megan) and Jacob (wife Megan). Bob also enjoys being "Pop" to his adorable granddaughters!

Brye joined the staff of NMCC in 2012 as the Student Pastor and transitioned into his current role in 2022. He is passionate about challenging others to dive into the Word of God and equipping our partners to be servants of God's Kingdom through our various ministries.
Brye enjoys spending time with his family, playing the piano, attending theatrical performances and local sporting events, and is an avid fan of the University of Louisville Basketball/Football teams and the Indianapolis Colts. He is also a funeral director and part owner of Lytle Welty Funeral Home & Cremation Service here in Madison.

Zack joined the staff in March 2019 as Worship Pastor. His love for Christ and passion for music fuels him to strive toward leading others into the throne room of God through spirit-filled and scripturally sound worship experiences. Zack and his wife Lindsay met at Kentucky Christian University. They were married in 2014 and are blessed with three little ones, Sterling, Braxley, and Ryler.
Zack is a songwriter, an Ohio state football fan, and a game night enthusiast, who enjoys playing Madden. He enjoys roller coasters, wake boarding, Skyline Chili, and putting hot sauce on everything.

Aaron started working at NMCC in March of 2023. He has a passion for working with teens and pre-teens that stems from the encouragement that he received from his Youth Minister back in his hometown of Follansbee, WV.
Aaron was born and raised in the rolling hills of West Virginia, graduated from Johnson University in Tennessee, worked as a Youth Minister in North Carolina for 4 years, and as a Family Minister in Georgia for 7 years.
A few of Aaron's favorite things include his wife Natasha, daughter Harmony, Pokémon, being the center of attention, all things sugar, Marvel, and his corgi named Loki.

Jacob came to North Madison in June 2016. His passion is leading kids to Christ by spending time with them and teaching them about the love of Christ through activities and interactive storytelling.
He is married to his wife, Sarah, and they have two children, Sadie and Bennett. He is a big superhero and comic fanatic and enjoys collecting figures and graphic novels along with attending comic conventions. In his spare time, he loves watching and playing soccer and also enjoying outdoor activities like fishing and hiking.

Natasha (Tasha) joined the North Madison Team in August of 2023 as the Ignite Preschool Director. She loves joining parents and kids in joyfully celebrating the milestones of these ages: taking their first steps, saying their first words, parroting expressions, sharing the ranges of emotion, and learning how seen and loved they are. To her, one of the most amazing pieces of this phase is also working with parents, volunteers, and leaders to share and IGNITE the love God has for each of the little ones by making the most of every opportunity to sing and learn, play, and grow together.
Natasha and her husband Aaron have been married since 2016 and both joined the NMCC staff in 2023. They moved to Madison from Atlanta after falling in love with the community. For fun, Natasha loves to listen to podcasts and music, read, go for walks around Madison, binge an occasional Netflix series about cooking or house renovations-- though she really isn't a good cook (yet?). If you ever have any inspirations or questions about engaging with the Preschool ministry or really ANY reason to chat over a cup of coffee, she loves to have any excuse for splurging on coffee.

Garrett joined the staff of North Madison in 2018. After working in student ministries as both a volunteer and staff member for nearly 10 years, he pivoted to young adult ministry full-time in 2024. Garrett is passionate about guiding young adults and college students toward a thriving relationship with Christ and forming a community where they feel encouraged and known.
Garrett is married to his beautiful wife, Sydney, and they have two kids, Elias and Piper. When he isn't working at NMCC or for the USDA, he enjoys being in the woods or on the water, working on construction projects with his son, and drinking black coffee.
Mickey was born and raised in Madison and left in 1983 when his job took him to Seymour. Mickey moved back to the community in November of 2012. In March of 2014, he retired after 35 years in law enforcement. Mickey feels blessed to be working with the great volunteers who keep NMCC looking its best, and looks forward to helping ensure a safe and secure environment in which to worship.
Mickey and his wife, Lynn, have four children. Chandra, Rachel, Carly (Hal), and Michael. Mickey and Lynn enjoy spending time with their family, serving at the food giveaway, and spoiling their grandchildren every chance they get!

Sydney joined the staff of North Madison in 2017 as Secretary of Discipleship. She took on her current role of Discipleship Ministries Coordinator in January 2018, where she helps organize and coordinate community groups/ministry teams, fellowship events, and Disciple University classes.
Sydney lives in Hanover with her husband, Garrett, and their two children, Elias and Piper. In her free time, Sydney enjoys reading, creative writing, trying new recipes, spending time outdoors, and gathering around the table with family and friends.
Alex was born and raised in the big town of Marysville, Indiana. Alex has worked in the technology field since he graduated from college in 2010. Alex and his wife, Vanessa, moved to Madison in the fall of 2019. They started going to North Madison soon after.
Alex ran technology in his previous church for many years and is very excited to share his IT skills with his new church family and to work with the wonderful staff members and volunteers at NMCC. Alex enjoys watching his favorite sports teams and spending time with his family.

Randy Greves
Randy Greves
Randy started attending NMCC in November of 2008, became a partner and joined the Elder Team in January of 2019. He has been blessed to served on several business, community and church boards throughout his career. His greatest joy and passion is to share God's love and encouragement to those who need it the most.
Randy lives in Madison where he is a Project Manager at a local manufacturer as well as he and Mary, his wife, own their family retail business in downtown Madison. Being high school sweethearts, they have been married since June of 1984 and were blessed with two great children; their son Ryan Greves and their daughter Kelsey Greves-Stephens. Kelsey is married to Cody, and they have two daughters, Charlotte and Caroline. Randy has many hobbies, but there is no greater hobby that brings him as much joy than spending time with his granddaughters.

Brian Hornsby
Brian Hornsby
Brian was born in Madison, IN and has lived in the Hanover/SW Jefferson County area most of his life. Brian married his beautiful wife, Missy, in August 1990. They are blessed with two daughters, Sydney Wilson (Garrett) and Alyssa Hornsby. He also enjoys being "GranPoppa" to grandchildren, Elias and Piper. Brian is a graduate of the University of Evansville and Kelley School of Business. He works as the Operations Manager at the Clifty Creek Power Station (IKE) and previously worked at Arvin Sango, Inc.
He has been a Christian and involved in church since childhood and began attending NMCC in 2009. He began serving on the Elder Board in 2019. He enjoys spending time with family, watching college basketball (Go Hoosiers!), traveling, gardening, and volunteering with Unto Him Ministry.

Gordon Judge
Gordon Judge
Gordon joined NMCC in January 2008, became an elder in 2012, and joined the NMCC team as Administrator in January 2015. His past employment includes many years in management and leadership positions, which required excellence in communication skills. His energetic and encouraging personality is contagious. He loves people, loves his church, and has a true servant heart. You will always see him with a smile on his face and hear his unique laugh that cannot help but put you in a good mood when in his presence!
Gordon lives in Madison with his wife Debbie and their three dogs, Hope, Hank, and Hannah. They are blessed with five children: Samantha (Chad), Mandy (Taylor), Brent, Sam (Chris), and Lucas; nine grandchildren (Macy, Bella, Olivia, Elliott, Carter, Natalie, Torrence, Graham, and Molly). Gordon and Debbie enjoy camping, hosting community group, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Tom Kennedy
Tom Kennedy
Tom was born in Bloomington, IN, and raised on the northeast side of Indianapolis. He moved to Madison in 1980 to open a Dental practice, which is still active today. Tom has attended NMCC since 2001. He is married to Tamma, and they have three married children: Leigh, Maddie, and Henry, as well as three beautiful granddaughters: Lily, Lucy, and Jane. He enjoys participating in the worship team ministry and doing dental mission trips.

Tim Palmer
Tim Palmer
Tim and his wife Kim have lived in Madison since 1993. They were married in 1991 after graduating from Purdue University School of Pharmacy. Tim is the Pharmacy manager at Madison State Hospital. They have two adult children, Megan and Nicholas.
Tim's passion is track and field, having competed and coached pole vaulting for many years. He sees his coaching as a ministry and a platform to share the good news of Christ and invite students to church. You will find Tim and his quick wit at the Common Grounds Coffee Bar once a month, and Tim and Kim are also Starting Point group leaders. Tim has attended NMCC since 2010 and was ordained an elder in 2019.

Gary Povaleri
Gary Povaleri
Gary was born in and has lived in Jefferson County, IN, for most of his life. He joined NMCC in 2003 and became an elder in 2012.
Gary loves NMCC and the people that attend! He's been in church almost his entire life but didn't really start experiencing a relationship with Jesus until early in the 2000s. Gary describes himself as a hugger and says that you will always catch him hugging someone. He loves helping others, especially those in need.
Gary has been married to his lovely wife, Wanda, since August 12, 1978. He loves spending time with family and friends.

Michael Pyles
Michael Pyles
Michael and his wife, Carole, have been married since April 21, 1979. They have two sons, Seth (wife Whitney and son Rowan) and Joel (wife Morgan and son Micah). Michael enjoys being “Poppa” to grandsons Micah and Rowan; walking with Carole anywhere, but especially any national park; and photographing butterflies and wildflowers. He also enjoys teaching Discipleship University and the discussions in class. Michael retired in February 2016 after thirty-seven years as a County Extension Agent for Agriculture with the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service in Trimble County, Kentucky.
Michael and Carole have been attending NMCC since August, 2000 and was ordained an elder in 2003.

Ron Taylor
Ron Taylor
Ronnie started attending NMCC in March 2017. He became a partner in 2018 and joined the elder team in 2024. He also serves as a community group leader, member of the tech team and enjoys serving as a parking lot greeter.
Ronnie was born and raised in Bedford, Kentucky. In 1987, he married his high school sweetheart, Elyse Taylor. In 1988, Ronnie began his career at Indiana Kentucky Electric Corporation where he currently works in the supply chain department and he previously worked at Rotary Lift. Ronnie has served in the church most of his life. He was raised Baptist and served as a deacon in the Baptist church for many years. Ronnie loves serving others and has a passion for others to know Jesus Christ.
Ron and Elyse also severed 26 years in college ministries at Hanover College. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, leading community group, working in the yard, auto detailing and talking walks with his wife and dogs.

Chris Burch
Chris Burch
Chris has always lived in the Madison/Hanover area. As a youngster Chris had a drug problem. Life has been full of many experiences for Chris and the Lord has always watched over him to keep him safe. Chris met the love of his life, Angela in 2004 and they were Married in 2007. Their blended family consisted of 6 boys, 3 being hers and 3 being his. Chris and Angela served at a small country church before becoming partners at NMCC in 2018.
Chris enjoys summertime cookouts with the kids and stays busy keeping the pool clean. He enjoys helping his wife with volunteer work at the Salvation Army. He greatly enjoys being active in the volunteer programs at NMCC. One of Chris’s greatest joys is singing bass and running lights for the worship team. Chris’s hobbies are hunting, fishing, leather work, and caring for his 20 acres. Chris works at North American Stainless as a maintenance group leader. Chris knows that being a Christian doesn’t mean you won’t have struggles but it does mean you will never struggle alone.

Joe Crawford
Joe Crawford
Joe Crawford is a dedicated follower of Christ and a faithful member of our church family. He is honored to serve as a church elder, bringing a heart for service, spiritual leadership, and a deep commitment to the well-being of our congregation. Joe is married to his wife, Angela, and together they are blessed with two wonderful daughters, Riley and Haylee.
In addition to his role as elder, Joe enjoys serving on both the worship and tech teams, using his gifts to help create meaningful and engaging worship experiences. As a husband, father, and leader, Joe strives to reflect Christ in all areas of his life. He looks forward to continuing to support and shepherd our church community with wisdom, grace, and love.
