We are looking for an energetic, visionary leader who loves Jesus and children and is passionate about helping the next generation grow in faith, discover their gifts, and make a difference right now. We want someone who takes initiative, embraces teamwork, and sees how children’s ministry fits into the bigger picture of NMCC. 

• Teacher - We are looking for an engaging communicator and teacher who can capture a child’s attention, communicate biblical truth clearly, and bring creativity and initiative to leading one more child and one more family with their next step toward Jesus.  

• Relationship Builder - More than managing programs, this person will build strong relationships with children and parents, work collaboratively with our Student Pastor and other ministry leaders, and have a teamwork mentality with the big picture vision of NMCC. 

• Disciple-maker - We especially want to develop older children into young leaders who discover their gifts and learn to serve and minister to younger children. This person will be part in helping create a seamless pathway of discipleship and servant leadership from childhood into the teenage years and beyond. 

We know there is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for someone with a heart for Jesus, a passion for children and families, and a vision for what God can do through the next generation at NMCC.
